All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days processing time. Our goal is to ship orders received before 10:00AM Central Standard Time the same day. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during our normal business schedule.

Shipping costs will not be refunded if the delivery is delayed due to carrier and weather conditions.

Alteril closes for the following holidays:

• Memorial Day (May)
• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Labor Day (September)
• Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24th & 25th)
• New Years Eve and New Years Day (December 31st & January 1st)

Depending on which day some of these holidays fall on, we may close for additional days. Orders placed during these holiday periods will be shipped the next business day. Please keep in mind if that day is a Thursday and/or Friday, the next business day would be the following Monday.
